The Jort is constructed with various denim patches, some appearing to be from different washes or shades of denim, pieced and stitched together.
Large, appliqué-style patches featuring Jesus face in a cartoonish or graphic style, in red, white, and black with what appears to be a bandanna or similar cloth around the face, are prominent on both sides of the jort.
The jort has a flared, slightly A-line shape, wider at the hem than at the waist. Visible stitching in white thread adds to the design's texture and embellishes the patchwork.
