This is my third time having this — first time iced, now trying it warm, and honestly I’m hooked. You don’t usually see a caramel latte topped with a huge chunk of candy, so it’s quite a rare find. Definitely worth trying — it’s damn good and honestly feels like their signature drink.

I had the opportunity to enjoy a complimentary upsized hot caramel latte, and it was a delightful experience. The taste and consistency were just as good as the regular size, which I really appreciated. While the temperature varied slightly throughout, it did not take away from the overall experience. What I particularly liked about the upsized portion was being able to enjoy more of the drink at a consistent sweetness level, as the caramel gradually melted in over time. Overall, it was a very satisfying and enjoyable drink.
