Terms & Conditions ( IMPORTANT)

🐟 ALL ORDERS ARE CONFIRMED ONLY WHEN OUR COMPANY STAFF HAD CONTACTED YOU TO CONFIRM THE AVAILABILITY OF STOCK AND FULL PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE.

* Kindly note that in the event that a particular seafood has low stock on delivery day due to uncontrollable fishing conditions, we will contact you to do a refund only for that particular type of seafood that has low stock or a change to another type of seafood can be done.

🐟 Delivery service is from TUE-SUN,

- Time of delivery is between 2pm to 6pm.
- Orders placed before 5pm will receive goods on the next day. Orders placed after 5pm will receive goods on the day after next.

-For orders placed during Sunday to Monday before 5pm, it will only deliver on Tuesday.

- Receiving of goods:
Please ensure there will be someone to receive the goods. This is particularly for deliveries to private condominiums which require security clearance. Should there be no one around to receive the goods, we may have to leave it outside your door and take a photo as proof of delivery.

-We are unable to accommodate requests for specific delivery hours as our drivers have to deliver accordingly to their planned route.


🐟 FREE DELIVERY for orders $60 and above. For orders below $60, there will be a delivery charge of $8/trip.

Please note that weight range provided is before any descaling, de-gutting and cleaning of the fish
