Organic Chaga powder

Organic Chaga powder to be extracted or made into tea.

1 tbsp chaga powder (finely ground)
500 ml water
Optional: Honey, cinnamon, ginger, or lemon for flavor
Instructions:
- Heat water to 80–90°C (avoid boiling to preserve nutrients).
- Simmer chaga powder in the water for 20–30 minutes.
- Strain using a fine-mesh strainer, coffee filter, or cheesecloth.
- Serve as is, or add honey, cinnamon, or lemon for taste.
- Rebrew (Optional): Chaga can be reused 1–2 more times, just extend simmering time to 45 minutes for later brews.
Tip: Store extra tea in the fridge for up to 3 days and reheat when needed!
