What’s the opposite of a brownie? A blondie.
Not quite opposites, though, more like fraternal twins. Our Blondies are rich, buttery and fudgy, with a golden brown-sugar base instead of cocoa. Soft and chewy in the middle, with lightly caramelised edges and plenty of flavour in every bite.
