Terms & Conditions (T&C)

By accessing this website to place or pay for an order originating from this website, all visitors and customers are deemed to have accepted and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined herein.

T&C: Order Deadlines

1. Orders must be placed and fully paid 12 hours before the scheduled delivery date and time slot.

Order Completion Deadline
1. An order is considered complete only upon full payment.
2. Full payment must be made within 2 hours of submitting the order; otherwise, the system will automatically cancel it.
3. Only fully paid orders will be scheduled for preparation and delivery.
4. Please check your email for order confirmation, typically sent within 3 working days.

T&C: Order & Payment

1. Select your desired items and proceed to your “Cart,” then click “Checkout.”
2. Provide your information and click “Next.”
3. Follow the instructions to make full payment to confirm your order.
4. Upon receiving and verifying your payment, we will confirm your order via email. In rare overbooking cases, we may have to respectfully reject and cancel your order, with a full refund processed within 5 working days.

T&C: Self-Collection

Collection address: Folke Cafe, 3 Irving Road #01-04, Singapore 369522.
1. For self-collection, we strongly urge all customers to be present during the delivery of their order.
2. Please thoroughly check your items before leaving our cafe.
3. We regret that no compensation will be provided for items found missing or damaged after the order has been collected and has left our cafe premises.
4. No compensation will be provided in cases of no-show.

T&C: Reschedule, Cancel, or Refund

1. Contacting Us:
To reschedule or cancel an order, please email us at order@folkeskincare.com at least 24 hours before the original delivery time slot to avoid inconvenience, unhappiness, or penalties.

2. Cancellation Within 24 Hours:
• A 70% penalty of your order amount will apply.
• The remaining 30% will be refunded via PayNow within 5 working days.
• Industry practice typically imposes a 100% penalty for such cancellations.

3. Rescheduling Within 24 Hours:
• Email us at least 12 hours before delivery to qualify for penalty-free rescheduling.
• A 50% penalty will apply for reschedules requested less than 12 hours before delivery, as preparation, manpower, and opportunity costs have already been incurred.
• Each unique order may only be rescheduled once, subject to time slot availability. Subsequent reschedules will incur a $10 admin fee per request.
• The remaining 50% will be refunded via PayNow within 5 working days, minus any rescheduling fees.

4. Rescheduling More Than 24 Hours in Advance:
• Email us at least 24 hours before the delivery time slot to qualify for penalty-free rescheduling.
• Each unique order may only be rescheduled once, subject to time slot availability. Subsequent reschedules will incur a $10 admin fee per request.
• If rescheduling attempts fail and the time remaining is less than 12 hours, a 50% penalty will apply.
• The remaining 50% will be refunded via PayNow within 5 working days, minus any admin fees.

We appreciate your understanding as these policies ensure fairness and help cover preparation and delivery costs.
