Salon Champagne make only vintage and 1988 was one the most remarkable achievement that year decade ,taste in 2020 Complex and interesting , vanilla, lemon and toast and drinking really lovely but of course with many years left. Still have only 5 bottles, 1988 is it extremely unique rare nowadays cheers 🥂.
