WIG (HAIR) MAINTENANCE
•Brush or comb your wig gently before and after wearing it to keep it smooth and neat.
•Wash your wig with a mild cleansing shampoo and conditioner that is specifically designed for human hair use.
•Avoid using harsh sulphate-based products, as these will remove your hairs natural oils.
•After washing, allow your wig to air dry to remove any moisture on it's own, or use a low heat setting on your hair.
•Spray a heat protectant before drying and use natural oil (jargon oil or coconut oil) to keep your hair moisturized
•Wash your virgin hair/human hair/Brazilian/Peruvian every 7-10 wears.
•Do not sleep with your wig on.
•Store your wig in a wig bag or maniquin head.
Exchange Policy
•You can exchange your wig within 24 hours of receiving your order (after one day, maximum)
•We only exchange if there was a mistake in inches or hair texture (e.g you ordered a 14" wig but got a 12" or ordered a water wave wig but got straight hair)
•We do not accept refunds.
