"Kara" means spicy in Tamil, and this mini format delivers a noticeably more intense chilli heat than the standard Thattai. Made from rice flour, mung beans, black beans, sesame seeds, and chilli powder, Kara Mini Thattai has the same characteristic rigid crunch as Thattai but with an amplified flavour profile.
