Hairouna Fireball
Located on Princess Margaret beach, the Hairouna Fireball makes a wonderful centrepiece for a converseations around a campfire and under the stars. An abundance of fairy lights in the canopy above create a magical setting for the evening. Along with all you need to set the fire, we provide 4 wood carved, Cannabis leaf beach chairs for you to relax and enjoy good company. Or why not push the boat out, and gather your friends and family for a fabulous beach BBQ experience.
Hairouna Fireball & BBQ
We do all the hard work preparing your set menu, and deliver a freshly seasoned BBQ for you to grill and enjoy. You will get generous portions of all of the menu items listed below. We’ll arrive at 5pm to help you set things up in time for sunset. We deliver everything you will need for a fabulous BBQ under the stars, including wood and charcoal, BBQ tools and even an apron!
FILLET OF YELLOWFIN TUNA
Marinated in lime, vinegar, salt, black pepper, thyme and garlic
JUMBO SHRIMPS
Marinated in Spanish paprika, garlic oil and lime.
JERK PORK RIBS
Thick, meaty ribs, marinated in traditional jerk seasonings with fresh garlic and onions.
BUTTERED CORN COBS
with Fresh Crunchy Coleslaw and Wholemeal Pitta bread.
