1. Rental Requirements & Deposit A valid government-issued ID must be uploaded before the rental. A ₱1,000 online deposit is required (pre-authorized or paid). The ID is securely stored digitally. The deposit will be refunded if the scooter is returned in acceptable condition. 2. Responsibility & Liability I am responsible for loss, theft, damage, or traffic violations during my rental period. In case of a flat tire, VAGA Rentals can help find a repair service; renter pays repair costs. VAGA Rentals Inc. is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages. I must follow all Philippine traffic laws. 3. Return Policy Scooters must be returned on time to the original pickup location. Late return penalty: ₱200 (half-day fee). Wrong return location penalties: ₱500 within General Luna ₱4,000 outside General Luna 4. Condition of Vehicle & Damage Fees I confirm that I will upload photos of the scooter before pickup and after return. If damage occurs, I agree to pay the following fixed repair costs: Part Fee (PHP) Front Fender 2,200 Front Fairing / Headlight Cover 3,300 Headlight Assembly 5,500 Handlebar 3,300 Mirror (each) 1,100 Brake Lever (each) 900 Speedometer / Display 6,600 Wheel Rim (Front/Rear) 5,500 Front Tire 2,200 Rear Tire 2,500 Front Brake Disc 3,300 Rear Brake Drum/Disc 2,800 Suspension/Fork (each) 4,400 Side Panels (each) 2,500 Seat 2,800 Tail Light 2,500 Exhaust Pipe 6,600 Side/Center Stand 1,100 / 1,650 Engine Cover 3,300 Crankcase Cover 5,500 Full Engine Replacement 650 Key Loss (Reprogramming) 5,000 License Plate Loss/Damage 4,400 Phone Holder Loss 400 Strap Loss (each)400 Helmet Loss/Damage 1,200 Missing fuel upon return = ₱100 refueling fee. Severe accidents = up to ₱100,000 full scooter replacement. 5. Before and After Photos Before riding, I must upload clear photos (front, back, left, right sides). After the rental, I must upload return photos showing the condition. 6. Final Acknowledgement By submitting this form, I agree to all terms and conditions outlined above and accept full responsibility for the scooter during my rental period
