After releasing our exotic coffees, we realized that the price tag often looks discouraging. To that end, we reimagine ways to make them
more accessible. As we strive to serve you, our loyal customers, we developed a blend with
Ethiopian Arabica that still puts this wonderful
Caturra forward.
The CaturraBig Tree Manor is located in the Santander production area of Colombia. The Santander production area is a famous production area in northern Colombia, bordering Magdalenaho in the west. The coffee beans in this production area are famous for their strong taste, long aftertaste and unique fresh flavor.
The farmer Vargas has been running Big Tree Manor to grow coffee for 20 years. In his farm,
only fully ripe coffee fruits with bright red appearance are selected for picking, and the defective floating beans are removed by washing.
The TasteFor this lot, two anaerobic fermentations were carried out. In the drying process, they avoid excessive temperature when drying and adopt a slow drying method. This
