Nursing Services - Physical therapist visits (1 hour)
to assess and diagnose the patient's physical function, including joint mobility, muscle strength, balance and coordination, and walking ability.
Then, based on the assessment, design exercises suitable for the patient to improve the patient's mobility, reduce the rate of functional deterioration, and reduce the patient's risk of falling.
In addition, therapists will provide home environment safety assessments and improvement suggestions to enhance their daily life safety and functional performance.
