Scope of Work Include
-floor protection
-application of oil sealer (1 coating)
-painting of wall up to 4 chosen colors (2 coatings)
-painting of whole unit ceiling (default: matex white)
-painting of kitchen and toilet pipes (HDB FLATS ONLY)
-Minor plastering work (cover small holes only to any affected areas after removing of old nails)
