1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Lead times for bulk orders may vary.

2. Payment Options

Cash on Delivery (COD) – available in select areas
GCash / Bank Transfer (BPI )
Credit/Debit Card via website checkout
Full payment may be required for custom or large-volume orders.

3. Delivery & Shipping

Laguna & nearby provinces: 2–5 business days
Other areas: 3–7 business days
Free delivery available for bulk orders (contact us for details)
Extra charges may apply for remote or special deliveries.

4. Returns & Exchanges

No returns for opened/used items due to product nature.
Report damaged, incorrect, or expired items within 48 hours.
Send us a photo, order number, and description to request replacement/refund.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancel within 12 hours of placing an order.
Notify us immediately for COD cancellations.
We reserve the right to cancel due to stock issues or delivery limitations. Full refund will be issued.
