* Security Deposit: ₹10,000
* Drone must be operated only in legally permitted areas.
* Customer is solely responsible for complying with all applicable DGCA regulations and airspace restrictions.
* Customer must check applicable airspace restrictions before every flight.
* Flying near airports, defence areas, restricted/prohibited zones or other sensitive locations is strictly prohibited unless legally authorised.
* Customer is responsible for obtaining any required permission/authorisation before flying.
* Safe operation of the drone is entirely the customer’s responsibility.
* Any crash, loss, theft, water damage or accidental damage will be the customer’s responsibility.
* Any damage to or loss of the drone, controller, batteries, charger or accessories will be charged at the actual repair/replacement cost.
* ElectTrip will not be responsible for any fine, penalty, legal violation or other consequence arising from the customer’s operation of the drone.
* Security deposit will be refunded after the complete drone kit is inspected and returned safely.
* In case of damage or loss, the security deposit may be adjusted against the applicable charges and any balance amount will be payable by the customer.
