In order to achieve better consistency and balance of the equalization effect, try to use a switching source of 15V to charge (self-outage current below 30mA). Because the balance current of the equalization IC is about 65mA, and most 14.8V iron lithium chargers on the market, the charging current detection is less than 100mA, and there is no charge in the balance, resulting in the voltage imbalance of each group of batteries. On the battery voltage and the output voltage there is a voltage drop problem, the working principle of this type of protection board is negative protection, just combined some will have 0.1-0.3V voltage drop, cycle charge and discharge several times will reduce the voltage drop voltage, which is a normal phenomenon. Charger try not to use 14V power supply, 4 series of iron phosphate battery full charge is 14.4V, 14V power supply will appear insufficient phenomenon, the protection board will not protect, has been charged, long-term use has an impact on battery life, thank you for understanding.
