Crafted with first-harvest Uji matcha from a blend of Saemidori and Okumidori cultivars, this gelato highlights the vivid, fresh character of medium-fired matcha. Bright, grassy lift with gentle umami and clean vegetal depth, finishing with a clear, lingering freshness. A precise, deeply expressive profile that stays true to the leaf. Current Batch Profile — Medium-Fired Vivid, grassy, and deeply tea-forward; a fresh, true expression of Uji matcha. If you prefer a rounder, creamier, high-fired style, the next release will feature that profile.
