TERMS & CONDITIONS
• Upfront payment required before order confirmation. Unpaid orders will not be processed.
• Meal plan is for 5 consecutive weekdays (Monday–Friday) only. Orders cannot be split, postponed, or transferred.
• No cancellation and no refund once order is confirmed, including missed days or change of mind.
• Meals must be collected or received on the scheduled day. Uncollected meals are forfeited without replacement or refund.
• Customers are responsible for timely collection or delivery availability. Delays or no-shows are considered completed orders.
• Please inform us before ordering of any allergies or dietary restrictions. Meals are prepared in a kitchen that may contain common allergens.
• We reserve the right to adjust menu, preparation, or timing due to unforeseen circumstances while maintaining overall quality.
• Placing an order confirms acceptance of all terms and conditions.
