🎲 Instructions:
▶️ Start
* Choose your preferred recharge amount.
* Enter the TnG eWallet mobile number you want to top-up.
* Click [Add].
1️⃣ Checkout
* Enter your name.
* Enter your WhatsApp number to receive eReceipt.
* Ensure you’ve selected the correct product.
* Double-check that the TnG eWallet account number is accurate.
* Click [Place Order and Pay]
2️⃣ Payment Page
Choose your payment method:
A) Store Credit: (SGD)
* Log in to your account using your mobile number.
* If your store credit covers the purchase, no extra payment is needed.
* If there’s a remaining balance, you can pay the difference using PayNow or DuitNow.
B) Pay in SGD via PayNow.
* Please double-check that the amount (SGD) is correct and the reference number is included.
* Kindly scan the PayNow QR code for payment or pay to mobile @ +65 93761288.
* Upload a screenshot of your proof of payment, such as a receipt or bank transfer confirmation.
C) Pay in MYR via DuitNow QR.
* Please manually enter the actual amount (MYR) and the reference number.
* Upload a screenshot of your proof of payment, such as a receipt or bank transfer confirmation.
3️⃣ Order Confirmation
* Click the button [I have paid] to confirm your order.
* Then, click the button [Send WhatsApp] and send your order details for confirmation.
* Your order will be confirmed once payment is successfully processed.
📲 Top-up Processing…
* Your orders are now being processed by the TnG server. Please wait a few minutes while we verify the status and get back to you.
* OTA Authorisation is Required. Please Check the Recipients's WhatsApp and click Authorise to complete the first-time setup.
⚠️ Any order that does not complete the above steps will be considered an incomplete transaction and processing will be delayed.

* Store credit is generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash once the wallet has been topped up.
Please ensure that TnG eWallet mobile number is valid.
* Before sending us a top-up request, please log in to their mobile app to check if the card is still valid.
