You may recharge your SIMBA wallet as much as you want. The credits has no expiry date as long as your SIMBA SIM is active. The credits can be used for plan renewal, charges for excess usages or any excluded calls (such as IDD). Credits in SIMBA Wallet are not refundable, transferable or exchangeable for cash.

🎲 How It Works?
➡️ Ensure you choose the right Telco Plan.
* Key in the Top-up’s mobile number you wish to top-up (8 Digit)
* Click [Add]

1️⃣ Checkout
* Please provide a contactable WhatsApp number in case of any issues.
* Ensure you have purchase right product.
* Ensure the topup’s number is correct.
* Click [Place Order and Pay]

2️⃣ Choose your payment method:
A) Pay in SGD via PayNow
* Scan ‘PayNow’ QR code to pay.
* Upload your payment details for verification.
* Click [I have paid]

B) Pay in MYR via DuitNow QR
* If you accept our recharge rates, please click [Confirm] button on the payment page.
* Send us your order details via [WhatsApp] to receive the DuitNow QR code.

C) Payment via Stripe
* Accepts all credit and debit cards.
* Processing Fee 4% + $1 applied.
* Processing Fee is non-refundable.

3️⃣ Order Confirmation
* Send your order details via [WhatsApp] for confirmation.
* Orders will be confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

Your recharge is being processed, please check again or refresh your telecom’s mobile app, we will verify the recharge status and notify you within a few minutes.
