SIMBA Main Wallet Recharge
You may recharge your SIMBA wallet as much as you want. The credits has no expiry date as long as your SIMBA SIM is active. The credits can be used for plan renewal, charges for excess usages or any excluded calls (such as IDD). Credits in SIMBA Wallet are not refundable, transferable or exchangeable for cash.

🎲 Instructions:
▶️ Start:
* Choose your preferred recharge amount.
* Enter the mobile number you want to top up (e.g. 81234567).
* Click the [Add] button.

1️⃣ Checkout
* Enter your name.
* Enter your WhatsApp number to get the top-up status and e-receipt.
* Ensure you’ve selected the correct product.
* Double-check that the top-up number is accurate.
* Click the [Place Order and Pay] button.

2️⃣ Payment Page
Choose your payment method:
A) Pay in SGD via PayNow.
* Please double-check that the amount (SGD) is correct and the reference number is included.
* Kindly scan the PayNow QR code for payment or pay to mobile @ 93761288.
* Upload a screenshot of your proof of payment, such as a receipt or bank transfer confirmation.

B) Pay in MYR via DuitNow QR.
* Click the [Confirm] button and send us your orders details to get the DuitNow QR code for Malaysia Ringgit (MYR) payments.

3️⃣ Order Confirmation
* Click the button [I have paid] to confirm your order.
* Then, click the button [Send WhatsApp] and send your order details for confirmation.
* Your order will be confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

📲 Top-up Processing…
* Your orders are currently being processed by the telco server. Please wait a few minutes while we verify the status and get back to you.

⚠️ Any order that does not complete the above steps will be considered an incomplete transaction and processing will be delayed.
