Redemption Instruction
Step 1: You will receive confirmation via SMS. Click on the URL link in the text message.
Step 2: You will be directed to be a Gift Voucher Redemption Page, Tap on 'USE'.
Step 3: And tap on 'CLICK TO REDEEM'
Step 4: You will receive ticket as a pdf version, the barcode and voucher code will be shown on the pdf.
At the Box Office - Redeem in person at the self-ticketing kiosk at any Cathay Cineplex by scanning the barcode.
Online - Insert e-voucher code when making an online booking via Cathay Cineplexes official website.
Terms and Conditions
* This voucher entitles you to the redemption of one standard movie ticket at any Cathay Cineplex operated in Singapore only.
* This voucher can be used from Monday to Sunday, including Eve of PH and PH.
* This voucher is valid for redemption at Cathay Cineplexes self-kiosk counters, Cathay Cineplexes manned counters, Cathay Cineplexes website and Cathay Cineplexes mobile app.
* Our standard booking fee applies for online redemption via Cathay Cineplexes website or Cathay Cineplexes mobile app.
* This e-voucher is not valid for redemption of 3D, Tamil, Hindi, Special-Priced, Movie Marathons, Film Festivals, Special Previews & The Platinum Movie Suites tickets.
* This e-voucher is not exchangeable for cash in part or full.
* Movie ticket redeemed with this e-voucher cannot be exchanged or refunded.
* Strictly no extension of the expiry date reflected on this e-voucher will be permitted.
* This e-voucher is not valid for redemption with other promotions & discounts at Cathay Cineplexes.
