heya Account Balance refers to your charging account, with which you can purchase new heya plan or any heya Add-on pack with credits in the account. ​

You can top up your heya Account wallet credits in denominations of $10 for 60 days validity or $30 / $50 for 180 days validity.

🎲 How To Top-up?
1️⃣ Ensure you choose the right Telco Plan.
* Key in the Top-up’s mobile number you wish to top-up

2️⃣ Checkout
* Please provide a contactable WhatsApp number in case of any issues.
* Ensure you have purchase right product.
* Ensure the topup’s number is correct.

3️⃣ Choose your payment method:
A) Pay in SGD via PayNow
* Scan ‘PayNow’ QR code to pay.
* Upload your payment details for verification.
* Click [I have paid]

B) Pay in MYR via DuitNow QR
* At the payment page click [Confirm]
* Send us your order details via [WhatsApp]

C) Payment via Stripe
* Processing Fee 4% + $1 applied.
* Processing Fee is non-refundable.

✅ Order Confirmation
* Send your order details via [WhatsApp] for confirmation.
* Orders will be confirmed once payment is successfully processed.
* Your recharge is being processed, please check again or refresh your telecom mobile app, we will verify the recharge status and notify you within a few minutes.

⚠️ Any order that does not complete the above steps will be considered an incomplete transaction and processing will be delayed.
