🔸️Customers can get a return/refund products purchased.

🔸️Refunds are allowed after a day of purchase (I.e only if products are defective and not damaged).

🔸️Returns are likewise allowed but after 3 days of purchase, only if an item is defective and not damaged.

🔸️For products complaint after 3 days in relations to defected items, you may visit an authorized service center to obtained a warranty. If the service center is not in your location, you can contact us so we can assist in get a resolution from the service center (in this case customer pays for the shipping in return fees).

🔸️We pay for the shipping in return, when falls under 3 days of purchase.

🔸️A product cannot be Returned/Refund without the Receipt in package.

🔸️All products must come back on it's original package before a Return/Refund is made.

🔸️Damaged products cannot be Returned/Refund.
