👉Order Process:
* Kindly order by TakeApp link provided in the group for ease of ordering.
* Once you have place your order in the list, kindly do not cancel but you can revise your order by whatapps me.
* Once order is closed, no more ordering is accepted unless otherwise stated.
* For unreasonable cancellation after order closed, you will be ban from future groupbuy.
* The prices indicated is final unless there is a surge of prices suddenly and we will inform in the Telegram Group Chat of the updated price. This is because the durian price is fluctuating daily in Malaysia, the final price will usually be based on the day of order.
* Final amount is based on the actual durian weight received due to limit of stock received from suppliers. (ie. you may order 10kg but actual weight maybe lesser or slightly more)

🛍Self Collection/Delivery:
* Self collection time is after 8pm unless otherwise stated. (Pahang durian lorry comes around 6.30p-7pm)
* All buyers shall do self collection at my office at Tagore (Upper Thomson).
* Only for the Calrose Condo residents, collection can be at Calrose or self collection at my office.
* You may arrange your own delivery/courier but please inform me in advance.

💰Payment:
* Strictly NO CASH in order to allow ease of transaction.
* Payment by paynow/paylah to 96166681 upon collection. No need deposit. I trust you.
* Please send me your payment screenshot for record purposes.

Compensation/Exchange for Husk Durian:
* Durian is a natural fruit hence we only provide compensation/exchange for conditions such as spoilt/rotten/worm infested more than 50% subjected to our assessment (for husk only).
* No compensation/exchange for flesh yield/size of seeds/taste/black seeds/shape of durian/split ends/wetness (for husk only).
* Please take photo and WA me the problems of the durian, preferably with husk to show the weight of durian affected.
* Any compensation shall be provided in the next round of groupbuy.
* Compensation shall be by our own discretion.
