Each loaf begins with our 12-hour natural fermentation process, resulting in that signature tang and airy crunch you love. Everything is baked fresh to order, and we truly appreciate your patience as each dough takes time to rise beautifully.

❗ IMPORTANT ❗
1. All loaves are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once confirmed
2. Rescheduling of pickup/delivery time subject to condition.

🍞 Storage 🍞
1. Check condition upon receipt
2. Store at room temperature if you're having it in 1-2 days
3. Store in fridge with airtight bag if you're having it in 5-7 days
4. Store in freezer for up to 1 month storage

🍞 Reheat 🍞
1. Microwave 20-40 seconds
2. Pan-frying: with medium heat for 3-5 minutes, flip to warm both sides.
3. Steam: for 5-10 minutes
4. Oven: Spray lightly with water and reheat 180Β°C for 3-5 minutes
