-Instructions
1. Prepare the filling
Mix No.1 (butter-toasted kadayif) with No.2 (pistachio spread) until well combined.
2. Shape the filling
Divide the mixture into 4 equal balls (about 30g each) and keep them in the refrigerator.
3. Soften the dough
Microwave No.3 (Dubai chewy cookie dough) for about 5 seconds to soften it.
4. Divide the dough
Split the softened dough into 4 pieces (about 17g each).
5. Wrap the filling
Flatten the dough and wrap it around the filling ball.
6. Coat with cocoa powder
Roll the cookie in cocoa powder.
7. Enjoy!
