Our twist on the classic loaf with dark chocolate chip inclusions. It makes for a perfect little indulgence or a sweet toast in the morning. The loaf is wholemeal and baked using a mix of unbleached white and wholemeal flours. It is gut friendly and made from wholesome ingredients. Naturally leavened through slow fermentation process. No preservatives!
Ingredients: bread flour, purified water, salt, sourdough culture (water and flour), dark chocolate chips.
Approximately 350g per loaf. Perfect for a little indulgence.
