Our Classic wholemeal loaf is bakes using a mix of unbleached white and wholemeal flours. It is gut friendly and made from wholesome ingredients. Naturally leavened through slow fermentation process. No preservatives!
Ingredients: bread flour, purified water, salt, sourdough culture (water and flour).
Approximately 650-700g per loaf. Perfect family loaf.
