Order and Delivery
Please place your orders at least 5 days in advance.

Free self-collection is available at Punggol MRT station daily (except Sundays) from 4pm to 7pm. Please confirm your self-collection date and time via WhatsApp upon confirmation of order.

Delivery fee for all areas* is $10. Delivery is available on:
Wednesdays and Fridays between 5pm and 8pm
Saturdays between 4pm and 7pm

*No delivery to offshore islands including Sentosa and Jurong Island, restricted areas, or inaccessible areas.

Actual delivery date and time will be confirmed via WhatsApp subject to availability.

Payment
Full payment is required on all orders. Payment is only via Paynow or Paylah.
There will be no refund after order confirmation or no show at collection point.

Product
At Double Dlight, we use only the freshest natural ingredients with no preservatives or additives.
Best to consume within 2 days. Keep in fridge when not consuming.

6-inch cakes can serve 6 to 8 pax. 8-inch cakes can serve 12 to 16 pax.

Allergens – Our products contain dairy, wheat, eggs and traces of nuts.

For sustainability reasons, cake toppers and candles will be provided upon request only. Disposable cake knife will not be provided.

Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure of delivery, where such failure or delay results from any circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to any fire, flood, explosion, accident, adverse weather conditions, traffic congestion, mechanical breakdown, obstruction of any private or public highway, riot, government act, act of war, terrorism, act of God, or from any industrial dispute or strike whatsoever.

Personal Data Protection Policy
We collect and store personal data (Name, Address and Phone Number) when you place order(s). We may share the data to our delivery riders so they can deliver your order(s).

By accessing take.app, you signify that you accept and agree to all of the terms of Privacy & Data Protection Policy stated in take.app’s Data Protection Notice.
