Our Cranberry Walnut Sourdough is built on the same slow foundation as our classic loaf, naturally leavened and long-fermented But this one carries a little brightness.

We soak our cranberries, with toasted walnuts and orange-infused water before folding them into the dough — allowing a subtle citrus aroma to develop gently within the crumb. A quiet note that balances the natural tang of sourdough.

Storage Tips:
• Best enjoyed within 2–3 days at room temperature
• Store in a paper bag or bread box (avoid refrigeration)
• For longer storage, slice and freeze — toast directly when needed
