This is a basic cleaning service which does not include removal of stubborn dirt or moving furniture

The delivery time of this service and price applicable depends on the size of area to be cleaned. Please ensure you select the option required and ensure it is correct before checking out. The service covers removal of trash from inside the house, sweep/mop hard floors, vacuum carpets, wipe counter tops, wipe kitchen appliance exterior, bathroom surface clean, dust furniture. Cleanings do not include the cleaning of any hazardous or unsafe conditions. Cleaners are not expected to move heavy furniture or fragile objects to clean under them. Make sure that cleaners have easy access to all areas needing to be cleaned. Cleaners are not expected to clean anything more than standard dirt, mud, hair, dust, spills, water spots, and any other debris that collects over time from day to day living conditions.

Intensive Cleaning

Intensive cleaning is a process that removes dust, dirt, bacteria, and grime from every single area of your premises. This includes areas that are hard to reach and rarely touched where dirt has had the opportunity to build up over time. It includes furniture items that are mobile, to be moved so that thorough cleaning can take place. Every surface, every corner, and every nook will be reached to leave your home spotless and fresh. The service is delivered by two people, the order defaults to two units so that two people attend to your service when ordered.
