It’s a generous loaf made for tearing, sharing and gathering around the table.
Made with locally sourced eggs, milk and butter, then slowly fermented with our sourdough starter, it is given plenty of time to develop its soft, tender crumb, a slight tang and gentle depth of flavour. (Some might say it tastes like cultured butter)
It’s the kind of loaf you’ll want to keep all to yourself… but it was really made for sharing.
