Storage
Keep refrigerated until 30mins before consumption for the cheeses to come to room temperature to best enjoy.
Food Safety Notes
Smoked salmon should be consumed best within 1-2 hours. The cheese platter can be left out at room temperature for up to 3 hours. Please discard & do not keep the leftovers. Thank you.
