Each box includes the standard cuts however it can be processed to your requirements. If no cuts are selected the lamb will be processed as per standard cuts below.

- 2 x Whole Shoulder (Whole bone in/ chops) Please indicate which you prefer in the comment box
- 12 x Rib Chops
- 10 x Loin Chops OR 5 x Saddle Chops Please indicate which you prefer in the comment box
- 10 x Chump Chops
- 6 x Neck Medallions
- 4 x Lamb Shanks
- 2 x Rib of Lamb
- 2 x Flanks
Due to the variation in weight, you pay for the average weight of 24 kilograms upon placing your order, and once delivery takes place you will be credited or debited for the additional or oustanding amount.
