2. No Refund After Successful Delivery
Once a top-up, subscription, or digital product has been successfully delivered to the specified account, the transaction is considered complete and is not eligible for a refund, return, or exchange.
3. Eligible Refund Cases

Payment was completed but the product was not delivered.
A duplicate payment was made for the same order.
The order could not be completed due to a technical issue on our side.
The purchased product cannot be delivered for reasons within our control.
4. Non-Refundable Cases

Incorrect Game ID, User ID, Server ID, or account details were submitted by the customer.
The customer changes their mind after payment.
The customer no longer wants the purchased product.
The order has already been successfully delivered.
Delays occur due to game server maintenance, publisher issues, payment gateway delays, or other factors beyond our control.
The customer is banned, restricted, or unable to access their game account.
5. Refund Request Review
All refund requests are reviewed individually. We may request proof of payment, transaction details, screenshots, or other information necessary to verify the claim.
6. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on banks, UPI providers, payment gateways, and financial institutions.
7. Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to refuse refunds and suspend services in cases involving suspected fraud, chargebacks, unauthorized payments, abuse of promotions, or violations of our Terms and Conditions.
