The temperature is automatically set to 45⁰ therefore if you want your water to be that 45⁰ then it'll heat up to that and if you want a higher temperature you can increase it.
📌For tap water
If you want your tap water to heat up to 50⁰C, it'll first heat up to 100⁰C then cool that to 50⁰C
📌For pure water
If you want your pure water to heat up to 50⁰C, it'll do exactly that.
