茼蒿，又名蓬蒿、蒿子秆、蒿菜、蒿子等，又因其长相酷似菊花，所以也被称为菊花菜。茼蒿有蒿之清气，菊之甘香，口感细腻鲜脆，食用价值和药用价值都很高。因其独特的口感和香味，茼蒿在古代常被进贡给皇帝食用，是一道宫廷菜肴，故而又有“皇帝菜”的美称。
