*Business communication is done through WhatsApp only. If the number provided is not a WhatsApp number, or you are unavailable on WhatsApp, you will be considered unreachable, and we will be unable to fulfill your order.
*We are unable to reschedule or "hold for tomorrow" pickup orders for you once they are baked. Orders that aren't picked up without sufficient communication will unfortunately result in us being unable to fulfill any more orders from the individual.
*Pickup is available in Roseau (the brown and white building on the Grand Fond bus stop directly behind Jays Bookstore). You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup there. An image of the location is above.
*Pickup is available Monday-Friday weekly, until 4 pm, and is encouraged. Pickup can also be done at 19th Street, Canefield until 8.30 pm.
*Delivery is available on Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Limited delivery is available, Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
*Due to parking contraints, customers must be able to meet the driver near the road.
*If a customer finds themselves unable to pick up, pick up orders can be requested to be switched to delivery. To be able to best accommodate this, at least 4 hours of advance notice should be given.
*To ensure that you receive only the best in quality, all cookies are baked fresh on the day that they are to be delivered. As such, delivery and pick up time varies based on order volume. However, you can usually expect your cookies to begin to be available around 2-3.30pm.
*Delivery is done once a day after orders are dropped off at the pickup location.
*To ensure efficient and effective service, please wait to receive confirmation that your package is available for pick up before going to the pickup location.
*The preorder window for a day closes at midnight the previous day (eg. midnight on Monday for a Tuesday order), unless indicated otherwise via WhatsApp.
*Orders placed after the preorder window closes/we have reached our capacity will automatically be fulfilled on the next available day. Do note that order slots fill up quickly on Pop Up Days- ensure to lock in your order early!!!
*After submitting this form, we'll check your order and we'll contact you with an expected delivery/pick up time within 24 hours of the delivery date (usually around 11am/12pm on the day itself.)
*To ensure customer safety by following all proper hygiene practices, I am unable to consistently be on the phone in the kitchen. Therefore, messages are strongly preferred over calls.
