Booking Terms and Conditions:
1. Payment: A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to the performance date, as per the agreed terms.
2. Cancellation: In the event of cancellation by the client, the deposit is non-refundable. Any cancellations made within 10 days of the performance date will result in the full fee being charged.
3. Performance Details: The client must provide accurate details regarding the performance venue, date, and time. Any changes to these details must be communicated and agreed upon by both parties in writing.
4. Technical Requirements: The client is responsible for providing all necessary technical equipment and facilities required for the performance, including sound systems, lighting, and stage setup.
5. Travel and Accommodation: Any travel and accommodation expenses incurred by the artist in relation to the performance will be covered by the client, unless otherwise agreed upon.
6. Conduct: The client agrees to provide a safe and respectful environment for the artist and their team. Any behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive may result in the immediate termination of the performance.
7. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations under this agreement due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, or government regulations.
8. Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement in writing if the other party breaches any of its terms and fails to remedy such breach within a reasonable timeframe.
By confirming the booking, the client acknowledges that they have read and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
