Homemade roti boyan.
Contains egg, milk and traces of fish.
Comes in 10 pieces and 1 packet of chilli paste in 1 pack.
Storage instructions:
Kept in freezer.
Cooking instructions:
1. Defrost roti boyan from freezer for about 15 minutes.
2. Remove the plastic sheets in between each roti boyan.
3. Deep fry and flip roti boyan until both sides turn golden brown. | Airfry roti boyan in 180 degrees Celsius for 10mins then flip roti boyan and airfry for another 10 minutes. | Bake in pre-heated oven (200 degrees Celsius with fan for 10mins) for 10mins before flipping roti boyan and bake for another 5mins.
4. Stirfry chilli paste in pan.
5. Serve and enjoy while roti boyan is still hot.
