Crystals are best consumed within 30 days of purchase. Store in a cool dry place. No refrigeration needed.


Shipping for in-stock items is typically 2-3 business days. Out of stock pre-order items will be shipped within 5-7 business days. Stock orders & pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before they are processed for shipping.

There are no refunds or exchanges given for edible products - all sales are final. Any issues with packages in shipping need to be handled with the shipper. Once an order leaves my hands I do not take responsibility for lost or damaged items or packages. Packages returned to me due to an insufficient addresses or any other reason will incur a handling and shipping fee to be re-shipped.

Refunds will not be given on packages sent back due insufficient addresses. Currently shipping in KL only.
Pick-up may be optional for customers in nearby areas. To arrange a pick-up, please dm me for availability before placing your order.

If available,you will be given a code to remove shipping costs for certain amount of purchase at check-out.
