Sourdough Cinnamon Rolls

Soft, buttery and fragrant cinnamon rolls leavened with 100% natural sourdough starter. Not too sweet, 100% handmade from start to finish, from the brioche dough to the cinnamon-brown sugar filling. Great crowd-pleaser or if you’re just in need of a warm, comforting hug in the form of dessert.

Reheating recommendations:

Best eaten after gently warmed for 6 to 8 mins at 160 to 180°C in a preheated oven.

If you only have a microwave (or feeling lazy - yes I do it half the time), heat in 10-15 second-increments so you don’t end up with cinnamon swirled rocks. 😅
The bread will be hot with a softer texture.

Storage recommendations:

Keeps well in room temperature in a closed container for up to 2 days. Thereafter I recommend freezing any leftovers in an airtight freezer bag. Break the rolls apart before freezing and they can be reheated individually straight from frozen for 10-15 mins in a preheated oven or 40-60s in the microwave. Instant cinnamon rolls as good as fresh! 😋
