1. How fresh are the cookies?
Each batch is baked fresh to order. Best enjoyed within 2–3 weeks for optimal taste and texture.
2. How should I store the cookies?
Cookies stay best in an airtight container at room temperature. For extended storage, refrigerate or freeze, then let them soften naturally before serving.
3. Do your cookies contain nuts or dairy?
Some flavors contain nuts and dairy. Please check product descriptions carefully and let us know if you have allergies.
Order &Payment Related
1. What is the cut-off time for orders?
Orders must be placed by 6:00 PM 2 days before collection. Orders after this time will be scheduled for the next available slot.
2. How will I know my order is confirmed?
You’ll receive a WhatsApp confirmation message once your order is placed.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept PayNow and Stripe for secure, cashless transactions. Payment details will be shared in your confirmation message
Deliveries
1. Do you offer delivery?
No delivery at this moment. We offer self-collection at our home kitchen or meet -up at a fixed location (weekends only).
2. What are the self-collection hours?
Weekdays: 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Weekends: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Meet-up availability:
Meet-up is available only on weekends.
