This Protein Sourdough is made with non-fat Greek yogurt, with part of the flour replaced by whey protein to give it an extra protein boost. Despite that, it's still just as moist, soft, and fluffy as our regular Master Sourdough.
Each medium slice (70g) contains around 8g of protein, making it a simple way to sneak a little more protein into your day!
