Clear pale golden, good carbonation, with a good fluffy head and head retention, good lacing. Malt sweetness, herbal hoppiness, lemon, some farmyard funk and spice. Mildly peppery, citrusy, faint green apple. Medium body, a dry start but smooth finish.
