Our traditional Cypriot style halloumi is made with cows milk and folded over fresh mint leaves. It can be served as it slice and serve with watermelon, the real Cypriot way. Or shallow fry in a pan coated generously with olive till crispy golden and warmed through. Server with lots of lemon, some sea salt and fresh olive oil.
