Anybody can perform the socket test using a ELCB & Socket Tester. If you suspect your 13A switched socket fail to function resulted constant ELCB tripping,just plug in to the troubled switched socket. All the 3 lights will ON if the power socket is wired correctly. If not get your certified Electrician to rectified it. It's that simple.
