Order Policy
Thank you for supporting our small, home-based bakery! Please take a moment to review our order guidelines to ensure a smooth and sweet experience.
📅 Ordering & Lead Time
Orders must be placed at least 3–5 days in advance.
Custom cakes or large orders may require 7+ days' notice.
Rush orders may be accommodated (subject to availability) and will include a fee.
🧁 Minimum Orders
Cookies & Cupcakes: Minimum order of 6 per flavor.
Muffins: Minimum order of 4 per flavor.
Mixed boxes or sampler boxes are available occasionally and will be advertised separately.
💳 Payments
A 50% deposit is required to confirm all orders.
Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, cash, cheque, CIBC First Pay.
Orders not paid within 24 hours of invoice may be canceled.
❌ Cancellations & Changes
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund (minus any transaction fees).
Changes to orders (flavors, quantities, dates) must also be requested 48 hours before pickup/delivery.
No refunds for late cancellations or no-shows.
📍Pick-Up & Delivery
Collection of orders is an option. Please contact us to coordinate.
Delivery is available for an additional fee.
We are not responsible for products once they have been picked up or delivered.
📦 Storage & Freshness
All products are made fresh to order with no preservatives.
