Using real oranges, we zested and boiled down the orange juice over a slow simmer to preserve the taste of the orange juice, incorporated these into the blackout cookie dough so the orange flavour is subtle and sweet. We've also added the zest and juice into the chocolate fudge, making it a lot richer with the zesty orange flavour. To top it off, we drizzled some orange coloured chocolate and topped it with our own homemade candied orange.
